Do you wake up feeling stressed? Do you ever find yourself immediately checking your email or getting straight into your to-do list right after waking up without first taking time to center yourself?
So many of us tend to live busy lives and feel that we must get a jump start on our tasks early. The problem is, doing this does not actually save you time and in fact may lead you to have a less productive day overall. When you start the day in reaction to what you see in your email, texts, etc, you become less focused and less clear on what is really important. Without first taking time for yourself you may become more tired or agitated and less likely to compete your tasks with care.
There are many ways to start your day off on a positive note. Today I wanted to share a couple of my favorite ways through this 10-minute morning routine video. Here we will find our breath, take some gentle stretches, visualize a healthy day and repeat positive affirmations all in just 10 minutes.
