The Coronavirus is universally affecting all of us and we all now need to put even more of an effort into our emotional and physical wellbeing than we were before. To me, there is nothing that helps more with my overall wellbeing than a consistent yoga practice. Whether it's a vinyasa flow, a gentle class or restorative yoga, I always come away feeling more at ease in my body, happier and with more confidence that I can handle whatever comes my way. (If you are new to yoga and haven't discovered all the amazing benefits yet, know that even Harvard Medical school has recommended yoga to help deal with the effects of the Coronavirus.)

Today I have posted my first ever full 75-min yoga video called Moving into Presence.

It is a slow flow/vinyasa style class that focuses on finding the present moment, coming back into the body and twisting out stuck energy. It is a pay what you can class, between free - $20 depending on your budget and what you feel comfortable with. In addition to yoga, I also offer one-on-one virtual wellness coaching and can work with you to create a personalized plan to help you relax and stay sane during this challenging time.
