The Coronavirus is universally affecting all of us and we all now need to put even more of an effort into our emotional and physical wellbeing than we were before. To me, there is nothing that helps more with my overall wellbeing than a consistent yoga practice. Whether it's a vinyasa flow, a gentle class or restorative yoga, I always come away feeling more at ease in my body, happier and with more confidence that I can handle whatever comes my way.
