I specialize in helping people (especially highly sensitive people) reduce stress and anxiety, embrace self-compassion and become more at ease in the world. Through dealing with chronic illness, I have extensive personal experience with being stuck at home, living in fear and unable to go about normal life. As a result, I have a vast array tools that can help bring healing and resilience to your body, heart & mind even during challenging times.
