20 minutes | Slow, grounding, and nervous-system supportive

This class is designed for moments when you feel:

We’ll move slowly, with simple shapes and plenty of pauses, focusing on:

grounding through the body

calming the nervous system

creating a sense of safety and ease ​

This is a gentle yoga practice, designed to be soothing and accessible.

Within the membership, you’ll also find other styles— including slow flow, flow, quick stress relief, restorative, and yin—so you can choose what best supports you on any given day.
