45-min Gentle Yoga for
Highly Sensitive People*
Join me for a 45 minute class to balance your nervous system and rejuvinate the highly sensitive person. We start with a guided meditation, move into some gentle postures and enjoy a relaxation practice at the end with a nurturing song. The class starts at 2:10. *While this class was meant for HSP's, anyone can benefit!
20-min Gentle Sunset Yoga
Join me for for 20 minutes of gentle sunset yoga. We will start with a short sun salutation flow, move into a balance pose and then ease into some stretching of the hips, hamstrings and back. This is a great way to unwind in the evening, but can also be done any time of the day.
75-min Yoga Flow - Moving into Presence
Join me for a full 75min flow practice to help you move into the present moment, get into your body, and twist out stuck energy. This practice has a good balance of movement and relaxation, building up to a parsva bakasana (side crow) variation and ending with a long guided body scan. Enjoy!
20-min Yoga Flow - Move Energy and Release Stress
Get your energy moving with this 20min Yoga flow class. We are all feeling uneasy these days due to the coronavirus and it can be hard to sit and meditate if you are feeling really anxious or stressed. Sometimes the best thing to do is just to move the body and let some of that frenetic energy release. I can attest that at the beginning of this I was feeling pretty overwhelmed with stress and by the end I felt a lot better. Enjoy!
10-min Yoga "Workout"
Finding it tough to workout at home? Here is a 10-min Yoga Workout to get you moving, build strength and continue to let out stress and worry. I must admit I don't love working out, but when I "workout" with yoga moves, I like it better. And it even has a mini shavasana at the end. I hope you enjoy!
P.S. At minute 6 for dolphin pose I say, elbows a little bit wider than shoulders - what I meant to say is elbows a little bit more narrow than shoulders!

10-min Legs Up the Wall
Legs up the wall is the perfect practice for when afternoon fatigue sets in or in the evening before sleep. It is one of my favorite poses because it is highly effective at relaxing the nervous system, quieting the mind, easing lower back pain and relieving tired leg muscles. (If you are uncomfortable at any point that is a good sign to either bend the knees or to get out of the pose. Comfort is of the utmost importance when you are trying to relax!) You will need a wall for this practice. Enjoy!
