As a sensitive soul, it can feel difficult to recognize your own accomplishments. It can feel even more difficult to try to share your accomplishments with others. I know, because I have a really hard time with this myself. The thought of sounding like I am bragging has held me back from mentioning virtually anything I have accomplished. However, I know that this is something that is holding me back as well as hindering my ability to help others. In the spirit of growth, I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you a proud moment of mine!
Almost exactly one year ago today, my book, Empowering the Sensitive Soul, came out on Amazon. It was a complete labor of love and one that never felt too much like work. I enjoyed the writing process, felt connected to my inner wisdom and was so pleased to share my book with the world. I didn't know how it would be received, all I knew is that I felt called to write it. I followed that call all the way through and am honored today to share with you that my book has been announced as the Winner of Self-Help category in Holl and Lane Magazines Heart and Soul Book Awards! My book, along with the winners of the other categories, was featured in the October Heart Issue of the Magazine. The Heart issue is available for purchase for $5.
Today, I encourage you to take a moment to recognize yourself for something you are proud of and share that accomplishment with a friend (or many friends!). If you aren’t sure who to share it with, share it with me! Just leave a message in the comments or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
So Much Love,
